Returns & Exchanges

At Ruby’s Collection, we value your trust and aim to provide you with the best quality clothing and accessories inspired by Nepal’s tradition and style. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and fair process.
Eligibility for Return & Refund
Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery as per the Government of Nepal’s guidelines, in case of:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong size, color, style, or product delivered
- Manufacturing or quality defects
Products must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags intact (including the Ruby’s Collection tag).
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during clearance/sale events are non-returnable.
- Products without tags, used items, or damaged due to customer handling will not be eligible.
- For hygiene reasons, certain accessories may not be returnable.
Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected by Ruby’s Collection, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be made through the original mode of payment (or store credit upon request).
- Return handling charges of Rs. 150 will be applied (except for defective or wrong items sent).
Exchange Option
- Customers may opt for an exchange instead of refund (different size, style, or another item of equal value).
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Delivery Timeline & Charges
- Inside Kathmandu Valley: 2–4 working days
- Outside Valley (across Nepal): 3–6 working days
- Return processing time begins only after Ruby’s Collection receives the returned item.s
