3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via Cash on Delivery (COD) and Digital Payment Methods (eSewa, Khalti, Bank Transfer, etc.).
• Full payment or confirmation is required before dispatching pre-order items.

4. Orders & Cancellations

• Orders once placed can only be cancelled within 12 hours of confirmation.
• Ruby’s Collection reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspicious activity.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Inside Kathmandu Valley: 2–4 working days
• Outside Valley: 3–6 working days
• Delivery charges apply as per our Shipping Policy.
• Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 48 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and have original tags intact.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after inspection.
• Return charges of Rs. 150 apply unless the item delivered was incorrect or faulty.
